DEARFOAMS.COM PURCHASES

Our no hassle returns policy makes getting the right size a breeze. Unused merchandise is eligible for a full refund within 60 days from receipt of order. To initiate your return, please contact our customer service team at marketplace@rgbarry.com or by phone at 800.628.0322.

Please be sure to have your order information available when you call so we can process your return.

Dearfoams reserves the right to approve all returns, and has the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy requirements.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

REFUNDS

Once your return has been initiated, please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your return and credit your original form of payment.

SHIPPING REFUNDS

Dearfoams does not refund shipping charges.

RETAIL STORE PURCHASES

Dearfoams does not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased at department stores or specialty retail stores. Returns or exchanges must be made in the store where the item was originally purchased.
